I'm Gavin Greaves — a Gas Safe registered plumber and heating engineer based right here in Newport, serving homeowners across Brough, the East Riding, and the wider Humber area.
With years of hands-on experience tackling everything from emergency boiler breakdowns to complex underfloor heating systems, I take genuine pride in delivering work that's done properly, priced fairly, and finished tidily.
What sets me apart? I answer my phone. I turn up when I say I will. If you've got a problem on a Sunday evening, I'll do my best to help — even if that means talking you through a fix over the phone or making a special trip to collect a part out of hours. That's just how I work.

We have had issues with Underfloor heating system that was not working properly for over 4 Years. We had dozens of plumbers that came to have a look, but never actually fixed anything. Gav was a savior - came in had a look quickly established the problems and gave us a fixing solution! He managed to get all our system upgraded and replaced twice as quickly as originally thought to be!
